Where We Deliver
We deliver across all governorates of Egypt. For delivery outside Egypt, write to mahi@mahinazelmessiry.com and we will prepare a quote — international orders are arranged individually, and any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.
Dispatch
In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces follow the lead time we confirm with you in writing before the order is placed.
Delivery Estimates
- Cairo, Giza and Qalyubia: 1–2 business days
- Alexandria and the Delta governorates: 2–4 business days
- Upper Egypt: 3–5 business days
- Sinai, Red Sea, Matrouh and New Valley: 4–7 business days
These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date you order. If we cannot meet the delivery timeframe confirmed to you, we will contact you — you may then wait, amend the order, or cancel it for a full refund.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on your governorate and the size and fragility of the piece. The exact charge is calculated and displayed at checkout, before you confirm payment — you always see the full amount payable, inclusive of applicable VAT, before you pay.
Tracking
You receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. If you have any question about an order in transit, email mahi@mahinazelmessiry.com with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier.
Receiving Your Order
Please check your parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and photograph it before opening. Report any damage to us within 30 days of receipt and we will replace the piece or refund you in full, including shipping — see our Return & Refund Policy.
If Delivery Fails
Our courier attempts delivery and will contact you to arrange a convenient time. If delivery cannot be completed because the address or phone number given was incorrect, or nobody is available across the attempted deliveries, the parcel returns to us and we contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply in that case.
Fragile Pieces
Pottery, lighting and glass are packed by hand in protective materials and, where needed, shipped with a specialist courier. If anything arrives damaged despite that care, we make it right under our Return & Refund Policy.
